Can everyone shop at the Mipuu B2B Shop?

No! The Mipuu B2B shop is aimed exclusively at resellers of printer accessories. A sale to end users, schools and authorities is possible in our end user shop at www.mipuu .de possible.

How do I register as a new dealer?

Simply register here on the site. After registering, please email us your trade license. After a successful check by our team, we will then activate your customer account for you and inform you about this by e-mail. Compatible, Rebuilt, Recycled, Original

Compatiblel = Compatible or alternative replicas (Newbuilt) of the original manufacturer product
Rebuilt = original manufacturer products are remanufactured and wearing parts are replaced (remanufactured)
Recycled = Plastics and certain recyclable materials are recycled
Original = Products from the printer manufacturer

Packing Type: Bulk, Neutral Box, Mipuu Box

Bulk = The goods are delivered in a foil (without a box).
Neutral-Box = Goods are delivered in a cardboard box
Mipuu-Box = Goods are delivered in a Mipuu Premium box

With which parcel service do you ship?

We ship packaged goods with DHL or DPD. Shipping to a packing station or post office is therefore also possible with DHL without any problems. For conditions for shipping to a packing station or post office, please refer to the DHL guidelines at: https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/hilfe-kundenservice.html.

We no longer have many of our products produced and recycled in Asia, but increasingly in Germany and the European Union. Original empties that are reprocessed (rebuilt, recycled) also correspond to the respective sales rights of the manufacturer, since we only use empties approved for the EU!
